Returns & Exchanges

At Therabody, we want you to feel as good as you look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
